Two years ago, we had the pleasure of working on a comprehensive design project that included logo design, branding, business card design, and letterhead design for Babrak. Our commitment to exceeding client expectations led us to double the scope of work initially agreed upon, at no extra cost to Babrak. This decision was driven by our dedication to delivering outstanding results and ensuring complete satisfaction.
The positive response we received from Babrak at the completion of the project was incredibly rewarding. Babrak expressed their joy and satisfaction with the final products, which they have been using for over two years. This continued use of the designs we created is a testament to their quality and the value they add to Babrak's business.
Moreover, it's worth noting that Babrak recently reached out to us for additional services, specifically web design through Wix. This action speaks volumes, as it indicates a level of trust and satisfaction with our previous work. It's contrary to what one might expect based on the content of the review.
In light of this, we find the timing and nature of Babrak's review puzzling. We are always open to constructive criticism and willing to address any concerns our clients may have. Our aim is to build lasting relationships based on mutual respect, understanding, and satisfaction.... 0,0
My site looks professional and unique thanks to 10Com designing it from scratch with Wix. 10Com seeks to understand exactly what I wanted my site to do / convey, and worked with me until it was what I wanted from the design / layout / functionality standpoint. After they handed off the website, 10Com didn't just leave me "high and dry"- they provided simple to understand tutorials so that I could go in and make final enhancements with the content and layout. This is invaluable so that I can confidently go in and update / enhance it as things progress, while still having the outstanding core-foundation design thanks to 10Com (and for wisely choosing Wix as their platform because the interface and tools are so easy and intuitive to work with for both desktop and mobile!)...
