Ann was really straight forward to work with. She got back to my initial request for help very quickly and I felt her rates were really fair. I was feeling overwhelmed with confusion about a few issues around my website; setting up the SEO, starting a Newsletter and opening a Mailbox; there were problems connected with the latter as my domain was set up with a previous company who no longer exist. Ann talked me through the various problems and helped me to sort them out. I will definitely call on her for help again if I need help....
