MYR Family Office is an independent family office that has shifted its focus from real estate, yachts, and marinas to providing services for ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals and families. They have offices in Monaco and Montenegro and established operations in prominent locations, such as Dubai, Milan, Lisbon, São Paulo, London, and Geneva. Their mission is to provide top-notch services to UHNW individuals and families with expertise and in a mission-driven manner, helping them feel trustful by providing appropriate solutions.

As part of their shift in focus, MYR Family Office needed a new brand identity and website that would reflect their new activities and appeal to their target audience. Through a discovery session and some basic strategy exercises, a new brand identity and website were developed that effectively conveyed their message and aligned with their target audience.

CHALLENGE
Both identity and website were back in the day created internally. However, as the division got more significant and time passed, a serious makeover with a premium look was necessary to resonate with the high-end target audience.

SOLUTION
After the collaborative discovery framework round,  a few style directions were offered. The brand identity design was created based on that style direction and compatible with the mother company's primary color to keep the synergies possible. A website with new features to increase sales leads,  optimize communication, and easy in-house maintenance was released.

CHALLENGE
Make a 100-year-old company with older management look younger to resonate with a new generation of decision-makers in client companies without looking like a rookie.

SOLUTION
In an intensive discovery session, new mission, vision, and positioning statements were defined. A complete re-brand was chosen over a minor update of the old one. The brand colors shifted from red-orange-yellow to a fresh blue-green combo. The old complex logo in illustration style made place for a minimal and responsive combination mark.

CHALLENGE
Modernize a traditional company in a rustic industry like the shipping environment. Update the company's identity and online presence in order to establish a competitive advantage and also to profile themselves as a local solution for other global companies needing a local representative.

SOLUTION
Rather than jumping on the design track, we offered a brand strategy work frame to make sure that previous mission and vision statements are still valid. A new positioning statement was needed too.  A mood board was also created to visualize the brand attributes and set the general style clearly from the beginning. This mood board formed the foundation for the rest of the design process and we suggested a totally new brand identity that can easily be updated in the future when needed.
