Hi Gillian, we built your website for Acacia Gold in August of 2020, almost three years ago. The project parameters you requested from us (website design, eCommerce setup, product entry, and more) were all met and presented to you in a draft format. Following the website draft review, you informed us of your decision to go in another direction, as you had found another party on Fiverr.com that would be doing the website for you instead.
Despite spending over five billable hours on your project up until that point, we accepted your request and fully refunded you the project amount (again, nearly three years ago). I see now that the website draft has some updates to it, like some template text elements and images on various pages.
Nearly three years later now, I find it very disappointing that you are contacting us requesting additional refunds, work on your project, and exclaiming that you have been "ripped off" when you have been fully refunded. I recommend looking at previous records to find your refunds.
We take it very seriously that a client is accusing us of "ripping" them off. However this is simply not true.

Not only am I a novice when it comes to most things of the internet, creating a website on my own doesn't even seem fathomable. Which is precisely why I gave up my futile attempt and called Orhan. He was precisely the support I needed. Orhan was clear and concise in his delivery and patient as well. His patience is truly appreciated. This made me comfortable and confident that he was the man for the job. After he showed me a mock-up draft I gave him new details on what I wanted. He nailed it! The next day he walked me through the functionalities of my site, step by step making everything super easy to understand. He genuinely wanted to help me and did and that made me feel good.
