Easy to give feedback about Pippa. She exceeds expectations at every level. What I ESPECIALLY valued was that Pippa was not a "clock watcher". Bringing my website up to scratch was a bigger job than she had originally estimated, but at no stage did Pippa say "I need some more dosh".
