The team at uxtree was more than I could have asked for! They helped me establish brand assets like logos and fonts, made product mockups for me while my coffee was unavailable, and let me on to a other ways I can drive up my sales volume, rather than being a single coffee store. Now i have gift cards, a rewards program, a cross/upsell option, and a print on demand fulfiller for mugs, tumblers and things, which is great because i dont have to carry all that inventory myself.
Uxtree was more expensive than other quotes i've gotten but I barely had to lift a finger, and I really felt that my Stan understood my business more than just the high level. We talked sales figures and projections, and how I would need cash flow. OVERALL fantastic.
I've worked with cheaper designers in the past and it was always a such a hassle and cost me more time because the level of give an f-edness was missing. These guys just took the concept and ran with it, and provided me with ideas rather than shouldering the responsibility on me alone, which I appreaciated....

He gave us dedicated appointments to meet / chat and was always right on time.
He asked pertinent questions, made logical suggestions, and got a clear picture of what we were looking for. He listened intently to our story, took that information and gave us results beyond our expectations.
I appreciated him making several mockups of our site and allowing us to hand pick a combination of elements from all until we got a website that spoke to our hearts.
The way he took elements from our history and subtly weaved them together into the background was just genius. We could not have done this on our own. Not at all. And believe me, I've made at least several dozen attempts.
