I have launched dozens of independent businesses in a highly competitive retail environments and I now design and develop websites and provide web marketing for small and large businesses. I provide agency support without the high price tag of having to support a team. I offer you senior-level support, a solid understanding of the market landscape and how I can serve your needs in a thoughtful, organized and rational process. My small projects includes a spa, a management consultant, and a summer cottage operator. My larger projects includes high volume B2B e-commerce sites of over 1,200 products and variants. Kay Ceramics: Kay is a self taught ceramic artist who lives and sells upscale handmade ceramics in Ucluelet, B.C.
Her work consists of a mixture of commercial design, personal works and educational classes. She contacted us to help with a redesign of the site that organize her products and better present her information. We redesigned the site on a tight budget keeping within a budget requirement.

Sales Training & Leadership: Anne Turnbull is representative of Wilson Learning in Canada, offering Wilson Learning’s world-class training solutions to help companies achieve success. We worked closely with the client to distinguish herself a s "Sales Agent" of Wilson Learning Products and not be identified as Wilson Learning direct. The site is primarily a sales generator and the content strategy dictated that each sales course can be associated with actual success stories from Wilson Learning's knowledge library. Given the high content scope, careful attention was to given to ensure the user does not get lost in the browsing experience. Some pages were purposely limited in terms of next-page choices to discourage jumping around the site and keeping the user's focus on a the topic.

Aetherium: A successful performance used car dealer in Portland wanted a unique eye-catching website. This site was designed and developed in Editor X. Aetherium Automotive features a bilingual site, automatically translated into English and Korean. There is extensive use of video, large images that capture user interest and a booking function for test drives and show room visits. We developed the content manager allowing the client to easily add inventory to the stie without redesigning pages.

SS Ralph: SS Ralphs is a new author from Newfoundland, Canada with several books he wanted to introduce. He is self published and making his debut with his first book “Dusk and Dawns”. Perhaps the most fun website I’ve created to date because of the author’s vision. This is a visually disturbing and dark series of books and the website was a delight to create. The site feature stock video and photography that completely exemplifies the authors vision and what his target reader would enjoy.

I first submitted my request at 9:30am Newfoundland time and had a personal response (not a form letter or automated response) shortly after 10am. My preferred method of communication is email and Rommel was able to work with that and we exchanged a few messages to further clarify my need. Before 2pm he had my site back up and running exactly how I had envisioned and requested. Rommel will be my first and only call for any further development or break/fix issues.
