Your Restful Refuge - Pediatric Sleep Consulting: Your Restful Refuge came to us as a new business launching out of a free Wix site, with a founder going full-time into consulting and a hard launch deadline tied to her business anniversary. She needed a professional presence that could take bookings and actually reach the families looking for her. We started with clear phases and a scope built around her budget, so every dollar went to what she needed to launch and nothing she did not. The work included: Migration from a free wixsite.com subdomain to her own custom domain, with DNS configured cleanly from day one. A full-custom brand identity from our designer, including a logo, mood boards, and a warm country-cottage look with faith and horses that sets her apart in a market crowded with the same pastel templates. Wix Bookings configured for her consultations and free kickoff calls, with calendar syncing and buffer times. Payment processing and checkout setup. Intake and contact forms were wired to reliably notify her. Google Business Profile and Google Search Console setup, plus on-page SEO. Beyond the build, we met with her directly to get everything connected and working as laid out in the scope, walking her through each piece so she understood her own site rather than receiving a black box. At handoff, we also gave her a plain-language guide that explains every part of her new website in everyday terms, so she always knows what each piece does and how it fits together. We build in phases for a reason. Phase 1 launched her business. Phase 2 maps out the growth steps she can add when she is ready, scoped separately so she never pays for more than her business actually needs. We never hold anything hostage. She holds the keys, her files and any custom code are hers, and we share every asset we can. Stay with us as long as you like, leave whenever you choose.
Your Restful Refuge - Pediatric Sleep Consulting
Sara Soto - Editor & Producer: This was a redesign of a live portfolio site for an editor and producer who needed a polished, credible presence to support a job search. We designed and built a single-page, continuous-scroll portfolio that tells a clear professional story and gives employers and collaborators an easy way to make contact. It opens with a strong introduction and positioning statement, moves into a summary of experience and areas of expertise, and showcases curated projects with the details that matter, including role, a short description, and embedded video or links out to professional platforms like IMDb, Vimeo, and LinkedIn. We led with clean, credible visual storytelling, built it mobile-responsive, set up on-page SEO, and followed WCAG accessibility standards within Wix, then delivered fast on a fixed scope and trained the client to manage it. The site is theirs, and we stay on call whenever they need us.

Coulee Region Moms: The Coulee Region Moms Business Directory is a comprehensive, community-driven resource designed to connect local moms with the diverse range of businesses that support their families, homes, and lifestyles. This online hub features everything from family-friendly services and mom-owned boutiques to trusted professionals, offering a convenient way to discover and engage with businesses right here in the Coulee Region. Built with custom coding, the directory empowers members to manage and maintain their own listings easily, giving them full control to update their business information as needed. By bringing together a network of mompreneurs, experts, and community members, the directory helps women share their talents, find the support they need, and enrich the lives of families throughout our area.

Jake's Awesome Food: This was a full redesign for a private chef's luxury culinary brand, a site where aesthetics, storytelling, and experience mattered more than hard-sell lead generation. We led the creative direction, shaping the visual identity, typography, color palette, and brand voice for a refined, high-end feel, and delivered a style guide to match. We designed a custom homepage and key pages including About, Bespoke Services, Sample Menus, and an Inquiry page, built on Wix with a minimalist layout, intentional whitespace, high-quality photography and video, and subtle animations to support that elevated experience. We integrated the client's copy, testimonials, and press features, refined the content to fit the brand tone, and built it mobile-responsive with accessibility and on-page SEO throughout. At launch we transferred the site, domain, and plan into the client's name and provided training, backed by 30 days of support. The site and brand assets are theirs to keep.
Jake's Awesome Food
RW Relocation Services LLC: RW Relocation Services is run by a realtor who helps people relocating to a new area, where job seekers and home seekers are often the same person. She needed a professional site and a clean digital foundation, so we built and launched it on Wix under her own domain, set up a redirect so her existing print materials kept working, configured her business email and Google tools, consolidated several inboxes into one, set up her contact forms, and gave her a blog foundation with guidance on using content to grow over time. We later returned for a focused SEO and accessibility tune-up, the kind of technical work most DIY builds miss. That included unique title tags and meta descriptions on every page, cleaned-up heading structure, meaningful image alt text, JSON-LD schema markup for local business, FAQ, and reviews, image compression and lazy loading for faster load times, internal linking improvements, and technical essentials like the sitemap, robots file, and canonical tags, plus accessibility checks for color contrast, keyboard navigation, and screen reader support, finished with a written recap of everything we improved. The relationship has not ended at launch. We have continued to support her, including flagging at renewal that she could step down to a lower plan tier and save money, because we recommend what fits the business, not what pads ours. She holds the keys, and her files and assets are hers.

Wild Winds Ranch - Equine Lesson and Event Facility: Wild Winds Ranch is one of our longest and most rewarding partnerships, and it shows how we grow with a client over time. We started by designing the original Wix Classic site, and as the ranch kept growing, we migrated it to Wix Studio so the design and the backend could both scale with the business. Our designer refined and elevated the ranch’s logo and brand along the way, giving it a polished, professional look that matches how much the operation has grown. The owner runs the entire operation herself, juggling riding lessons, summer horse camps, birthday parties, and a therapeutic riding program, with hundreds of families and thousands of bookings flowing through the business. So we built her a real operations platform, not just a website. What we have built and continue to expand: A full Wix Studio site with custom branding and an enhanced logo designed around the ranch Wix Bookings configured for every service type, including one-hour, half-hour, and group lessons, county-referred lessons, and birthday parties Summer camps set up through Wix Events Wix Payments for online checkout A drop shipping store so the ranch can sell branded merchandise without holding inventory 123FormBuilder for liability waivers and intake, connected by webhook so submissions flow directly into the site's Wix database The newest piece, currently in development, is a custom member portal built with Wix Velo. A riding school runs on a parent-and-child structure, where one parent manages several young riders, and Velo gives us the power to build exactly that experience into her Wix site. When it is complete, a parent will log in and see each of their children, their schedules, and their lesson history in a single, clean view, while instructors and the owner will see a student-by-student view of riding level, progress notes, and attendance. It is designed to reduce duplicate paperwork for families with multiple kids and give the owner one place to see everything happening across the ranch. This is the kind of partnership we love. We meet a business where it is, grow the site as the business grows, and lean on the full power of the Wix platform and Velo to build whatever the operation needs next. And the principle stays the same throughout. She holds the keys; her files and custom code are hers, and we hand over a documented walkthrough of everything that powers the site. Wild Winds Ranch - Equine Lesson and Event Facility
Dragonfly: Dragonfly Run Equestrian Center and Training wanted a professional, easy-to-navigate website that built credibility, answered common visitor questions, and encouraged direct contact, with no online booking by request. We designed and built a Wix site with a welcoming home page, an About the Center page covering its history, mission, and approach to training and care, a Meet the Trainers page with bios and credentials, a Services page laying out training programs, boarding, and special offerings, a Facilities page showcasing the arenas, barns, and amenities, and a Contact page with an integrated form, phone, map, and social links. We styled it to match the brand, optimized the images, and built in on-page SEO and accessibility throughout, then helped the owner claim her Google Business Profile and trained her on managing it. At launch we transferred ownership first, then upgraded the plan, connected the domain, and published, so the site went live entirely under the owner's own name and account. She holds the keys, and her files and brand assets are hers.

Broken Glass Creations: Broken Glass Creations is a glass artist creating one-of-a-kind handcrafted pieces who needed a clean, modern site to showcase her work and connect with collectors, without the complexity of an online store. We built a three-page Wix site with a blog: a welcoming home page featuring highlighted pieces, an About page telling her story and artistic philosophy, and a gallery where each piece is shown with a name or number so interested buyers can reach out directly. We set up her blog so she can share her process, news, and exhibitions over time, designed the site and photographed her work for it, then trained her to manage the gallery and blog herself in plain, jargon-free terms. We built it mobile-responsive with on-page SEO and WCAG-aligned accessibility and included the practical essentials like SSL, a privacy policy page, and a cookie banner. The site stays simple for her to update as her body of work grows, and it is hers to keep.

This was a wonderful experience especially after trying to create the website myself. Tammy was a life saver! She was attentive to my wants and wishes for the site. She asked good questions about my business, got to know me through conversation, took the pictures of my products and created a beautiful website. Tammy at Savvy Tech Advice went above and beyond helping with my SEO, Google Business Profile (which had been shut down), and a domain name change.
