Way2go marketing fixed our web issue within 3min of providing access to our site. Which we were very grateful for because we had spent a few days hiring Others to try and resolve issue. We had the pleasure of working with Joseph, he was very attentive, quick responding & was able to not only fix issue but make a few adjustments that improved our site! We will definitely work with way2go marketing again....

In the end, the site was not functional and I had to do it ALL myself and from scratch. So many promises were made, none upheld. The site wasn't up in time, most calls were either no-shows or late, and continued customer support also didn't exist. I'm out $584 and for a small business like mine, it just stinks. If you hire them, don't pay upfront. Or Just - Don't! The only customer satisfaction recovery would be a refund....

Way 2 Go Marketing fell way below expectations. I asked for help with existing website. They designed a brand new one. I said I don’t want to do online sales. They added online selling. I asked for updates. They said there’s not enough data yet. It took them three weeks to provide any continent. I said I don’t like the new website, they said you have to be joking if you think you’re websites better than ours. I said I don’t like the colors they said your colors are awful outdated from the 80s. I said the new site looks like it’s brand new took 15 minutes to throw together and might be a scam. They say no your website looks like it’s a scam. They took a website that had 10 to 15 pages and made it into four. Their color scheme is gold maroon white and tan.Things don’t flow from one page to another. I have a brand new website that I can’t use totally awful super disappointed. Please don’t waist you money....

Hi Joy, I am sincerely sorry that you had a bad experience. We are aware that you do not do online sales, but you said you were open to taking deposits for the puppies online. We will continue to work to make you happy, and I still think that the site we designed looks better than the one you have up right now.
