Unresponsive, still uncompleted after almost 2 months, despite taking full payment. Dont respond to emails in a timely fashion.

The work took too long and was frustrating. I was told two weeks, and so far (not published yet for some reason!) it's been two months. I was not impressed with how I was passed from one person to another at first. In progress, I did not like the design until the fourth edit. Communication was sporadic. I never knew when they would get the work done.. Also I did not get to work directly with the designer! I had to work with a "middle man" who went back and forth between us; I don't recommend.

Will Davis was great over the phone, very informative about a world I am very unfamiliar with. Very happy there are people with this expertise so I can focus on everything else with my business.

Cristian helped me with figuring out exactly what I needed and moving my project a step further. However, it was more expensive than I anticipated and there was little room two negotiate cheaper price for a site that is not very complex.
