Forms runs a beauty center, aesthetic clinic or spa on top of your own site. Appointments come from your bookings calendar and are shown by treatment room and by specialist, with their status and whether they are paid. The daily view lists today's visits, the income collected and the team on duty. Each client has a record built from your contacts: visits, assessments, before-and-after photos, home-care instructions, signed consent forms and payments. Treatments are sold as packages of sessions, for example eight laser sessions or six facials, with the amount paid and pending, the linked order and a step-by-step plan where every session is checked off and the next one is booked. Consent forms and other documents are created from templates you design or add from the starter library, filled with the client and procedure data, signed on screen with a witness and sealed with a digital fingerprint. Your services, prices, durations, specialists and membership plans are read from the same calendar your website uses to take bookings, so nothing is entered twice. Forms installs the free Atlas engine, which keeps your data in your own site.
