Let shoppers attach the files you need to fulfill their orders - logos, photos, print-ready artwork, and documents - right on your product pages. The upload box is added to your product pages from the editor. Its title, color, and size can be adjusted in its settings to match your store's look. Shoppers attach images, PDFs, ZIPs and design files before adding a product to the cart - up to 25MB per file on the free plan, 250MB on Pro. Each upload is stored in your own Media Manager in a dedicated Product Uploads folder, organized by date. When an upload is linked to an order, it appears in your dashboard alongside the order number and customer name, helping production start without email back-and-forth. Your files stay on your site, and nothing is stored on external servers. Upload Files on Products suits print shops, engraving and personalization businesses, services that collect documents from customers, and photographers or designers gathering client assets.
