Start automations when an order ships, not only when it is placed
Put the tracking number and carrier straight into your email
No labels, no parcel tracking, just the four order events
30 events a month free, then $2.99 for unlimited, nothing charged automatically
Four triggers appear in your automation builder: Order shipped, Tracking number added, Order partly shipped, and Order canceled. You write the email yourself with the actions you already have, so it is your message, not a template. Seven values are there to drop into it.
It starts from the order being marked fulfilled, whether you did that or another app did. If your shipping app adds the tracking number afterwards, build on Tracking number added rather than Order shipped, or your email goes out with the tracking line empty. The app reads your own orders and tells you which to pick.
If another app already emails your customers about shipping, this one cannot stop it. Turn that off before you activate yours, or your customers get two.
It does one job: it does not buy labels, track parcels, edit orders, or contact your customers.
Free for 30 events a month, then $2.99, or $1.99 billed yearly, with a 14-day trial. One order usually costs one event: a tracking number that lands later is folded in. Nothing is charged automatically, and past 30 your automations stop for new orders until you upgrade, so those customers hear nothing. Upgrading does not then send them in a burst.
